At Salesforce, I have been leading Salesforce Marketing Cloud clients as a Project Manager for the past 5 years in Delivery Management. My portfolio ranges across the auto, hospitality, retail and gaming industries including, American Honda, P.F. Chang’s, Red Robin, FTDi, Guess, Sony, and most recently overseeing the delivery of projects for 9 GAP North American and International brands. I am passionate about client success and am well-versed in managing people, process and technology.

My role was to project manage and deliver SaaS across the product suite in our Team Sports division. I’m responsible for leading a corporate Product consolidation effort under the Team Sports vertical. This includes facilitating Product backlog grooming sessions, Creating Sprint Backlogs, executing User Stories each Sprint, and hold the role of Scrum Master for 2 global scrum teams. My current focus is sun setting multiple legacy products and migrating a large client to our go-forward application.

My first role was to help spin-up a newly created project management group within our Endurance market. During this time I worked very closely with Product Management and Business Analysts to execute features and functionality on the product roadmap. I later helped implement a new Agile Project Management framework transitioning from standard waterfall project management to an Agile methodology with a focus on Scrum. My last role prior to being promoted I oversaw two Enterprise Level Service teams – Email / User. They provide a standard service that is used by Active Network core products spanning multiple business verticals.

I managed between 5-10 concurrent projects plus 5 on-going maintenance accounts with an approximate total budget of 1M. My primary role as a client facing Project Manager was to manage client expectations, project timelines, deliverables and budgets. In this role I acted as the lead client contact to guide the planning, development, presentation and implementation of recommendations ensuring that the proposed solution can be produced within client-specified time frames and budgets. In addition it was my responsibility to ensure all assigned projects were completed on-time and on budget. I also worked with my team to identify, create, and document key processes in order to improve current and future projects.

I managed the entire website project queue for the RealArcade.com matrix now GameHouse. Managed iterations of a long term website redesign project that included the migration to a new front end UI and back end architecture. I implemented a project tracking system for non-marketing driven projects as well as managed multiple short term projects at one time with a typical project life cycle of 1-2 weeks. I held weekly prioritization meetings. I also wrote functional specs as needed.
