Project Handling: -NnG Offshore Windfarm Projects - Jackets,Turbine Energy ( NnG/ WTG / DEME Offshore / EDF / GE )Duties & Responsibility :-1. Promoting and implementing safety on construction site. Support safety observations reporting and monitoring.2. Support the fabrication team and keep the team committed to targets defined by the project management3. Assist the Greenfield Fabrication Head in executing Project responsibilities for his scope of work.4.Ensure coordination for site activities and provide technical support with contractor, quality, safety, planning and engineering5.Support Contractor construction plan.6.Ensure Contractor construction and load out documents and other submittals are timely reviewed and approved in accordance with the EPC contract requirements.7.Support onshore construction changes, including justification for cost and schedule impacts, in accordance with the PMOC procedure.8.Attend to meetings as required, mentor the trainees to develop their project skills and experience while being on site; Maintain a register of lessons learned.

Duties & Responsibility undertaken are: -  Supervise, organize, and plan activities to ensure smooth fabrication and construction of structure within the stipulated schedule. Review technical drawing and advise engineering of any discrepancies before commencement of fabrication works. Ensure that manpower is effectively deployed to deliver the products timely.  To Ensure the WPS will be available at Work Area. To ensure qualified Welders shall be placed at all working area with approved ID. Resolve any technical problems or issues faced at the work site. Ensure that safety, health, and Environment operating procedure are followed and counsel staff about compliance, as necessary.  To implement the company’s safety policy and safety management system and to enforce legislated safety requirement and the company’s safety rules and regulations at site. Experience in fabrication and Erection of steel structure and piping spool in following area. Top side module Fabrication & Installation. - Central platform, - Wellhead platform, - Living Quarter, Jacket fabrication, Helideck fabrication & Installation.  Well experience in Flare tower work.  Familiar and well knowledge in welding process SMAW, FCAW, GTAW, P-GMAW, P-GMAW STT, etc.,  Close Co Ordinate with NDT Team for repair activities follow up if any. Provides training, support, direction, and guidance to department personnel to continually develop their work habits, job skills and safety practices.  Continuous monitoring of welding Equipment’s and welder performance to ensure the welding quality throughout the project.
