I am currently the Senior Partner for this Company and involved in the provision of HR services to several private sector employers. These include the full range of HR services including the review and writing of HR policies and procedures, preparation of contracts of employment documentation, assistance with grievance issues, discipline issues, and employment tribunal cases. In addition to this, we provide advice and guidance in relation to all aspects of recruitment and selection including preparation of job descriptions and person specifications, assessment centres and grading of posts.

I am a Director and Business Partner in this Business which provides a Mortgage Broking Service and also an Insurance Broking Service. I am also a Qualified Mortgage and Protection Insurance Advisor.We have access to all the major Banks and Building Societies for Mortgages and also access to all the major Insurance Companies for the full range of Insurance products ranging from household insurance, landlords insurance,life insurance,commercial insurance etc.

December 1991 – March 2011 (19 years 4 months)In this post I was responsible for developing initiatives and implementing corporate agreements, working practices and principles which supported the effective utilisation and development of Police Officers and Support Staff.I had the responsibility for updating all HR Policies and Procedures for the organisation and was also responsible for advising Senior Management in relation to these.I advised the Force on all significant matters relating to recruitment/selection and employee relations issues, including conditions of service, conduct, performance, employment law, employment tribunals etc.I was a member of the department’s Senior Management Team and contributed to the strategic planning process and acted as an agent for change, identifying and resolving human resources issues.

In this post I was responsible for the development and implementation of corporate HR initiatives. I was involved in all aspects of HR management ranging from dealing with employee relations issues to the development of HR policies and procedures.
