DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITY: Screening CV’s from Job portal like Naukri, Shine, Monster, Linked , and Indeed etc. as per clientrequirement. Do mass mailing and job posting on social networking sites and job portals. Get references from candidates to add candidates to the pool. Shortlisting candidates, scheduling their telephonic round of interview, video conferencing / skypeinterview, personal round of interview depending on the availability and criteria. Alongside maintain a Consultant tracker and consolidated database (excel sheet) of candidate withdetails including their skill sets for future reference (Personal Initiative). Maintaining good relations with clients and the joined employees for future growth purpose. Pitching the candidates and briefing them about requirements. Sending CV’s to the client and following them for the feedback Following with the candidate for the interview. Following with the candidate for joining & negotiating salary.
