● As an environmental chemist and environmental biotechnologist, I posses 10 years experience specializing in the production of microbial-based biofuel using analytical instruments, resulting in >25peer- reviewed publications. Proven skill in project management, strong organizational training at Michigan State University and research with background in lignocellulose conversion, fermentation and algal/fungal based biofuel production. ● Excellent multicultural sensitivity used when facilitating the coordination of projects between Universities in the United States (Michigan State University, Arizona State University), and Federal University of Bahia (UFBA) Brazil, maintaining ongoing international relations and presenting research results at eight internationals conferences in four continents.● Strong work ethics and leadership demonstrated in the early completion of PhD, supporting undergraduate students, and received a grant of more than $50,000 from the World Academy of Science.● Extensive monitoring experience, monitored over 16 undergraduate and master students in their design research project and dissertations in UFBA, Brazil, and MSU, United States.● During my Master and MPhil studies, I also worked on water chemistry, trace elements estimation and quality of drinking water, using analytical instruments and published three research articles as a first author. ● Well-trained multi-tasker, problem solver, and I have worked as an international collaborator on many successful dynamic research projects: (1).
