In my current role of PMO, I lead the activity of the Project Management Office at AXA Spain SA, coordinating the execution of the Strategic Plan and managing the budget of IT and Business Transformation teams. I am also in charge of the transversal discipline of Business Analysts, responsible of the Project Portfolio management with IT impact and ambassador of the DSDM Agile methodology that we use along the projects' lifecycle.After graduating in 2005 as Engineer in Telecommunications at UPC in Barcelona, I started my professional career at Accenture as analyst in one of the main international insurance companies at worldwide level. After a couple of years I had the opportunity to lead some implementation teams, which allowed me to grow, learn and currently have over 12 years of experience in project management. I completed my training in 2012 with an MBA in IE before becoming part of the projects Office of Direct Seguros (AXA Global Direct), from which I have been able to actively contribute in its transformation, evolution and growth over these past years until the integration with AXA Spain SA at the beginning of 2018.
