Responsible for the administration of database processes and the analysis and software development besides customer support and training of users of the company's internal web systems. In charge of a work team, with supervision and quality control of the software developed. I structured automatic processes for sending notifications and changes of status at the database level. The manual processes associated with these systems were reduced by 90% and with this the truthfulness and accuracy of the information increased considerably. I participated in the analysis development of new systems and coordinated a work team dedicated to increasing functionality to existing systems. I improved the communication between user and systems management to ensure that the improvements to the systems were accurate and according to real needs. I led the migration from traditional server structure to Cloud structure (AWS). As a consequence, the costs for data storage and servers decreased by 50%. I worked in the maintenance of the versions of tools used in software development updated to the latest stable releases. This decreased the occurrence of security vulnerabilities and increased the speed in the validation of the internal computer security system.

Responsible for all actions related to the administration of databases. In charge of new systems related to the financial area, legal area, administrative area, sales area and human resources. In charge of customer support for solve tickets from final users and training of new users. I joined the systems team that created the centralized system of permissions and roles that subsequently connected to each online system. This allowed a correct order and separation of permits by region and by company at that time nonexistent. I collaborated with the inter-systems integration, using APIs and Web Services. This allowed reducing the duplication of information and reducing time in the approval and data entry processes. I led the team that developed a system for receiving CVs and resumes for applicants who wanted to work in the company. This allowed knowing the scope by region and the departments with the most applications for vacant positions, which allowed the human resources department to have a support tool for decision-making.

Responsible for preparing database reports related to metrics, incidents, page views and number of users. I promoted the use of design patterns and the use of version systems (Git, SVN). These practices served to minimize errors and are in proper order when developers were added to the development team.
