As C-member, Global HRD and HR Business Partner I have been working at corporate HR roles within multi-sited and multi-country organizations in retail and hospitality sectors.Within these sectors I have been leading the HR role mainly on 4 organizational contexts:a) Aligning the organization towards a new strategy, business model or company added value proposition.b) Leading cultural changes and reorganizations ( at industrial facilities, retail environments and regional HQs)c) Getting the company ready for its future growth (new markets).d) Professionalizing and modernizing the HR function ( towards an employee experience model)All the above with: A common end goal: to align people management practices towards company strategy and to support the company moving forward.A clear understanding of my role: to work hand by hand and act as a key partner & adviser for the CEO and business leaders in order to make it happen.On top of the above, I have been very active at:Union negotiations: during 13 years I have been representing the company at union national negotiations.Talent management practices: as a key pillar to move forward, on one hand the management style - executive coaching, team management, individual development – and on the other, the organization as such- employer value proposition, diversity, internal communication, engagement, reverse mentoring.Operational Training: retail academy ( Spain & Japan ) marroquinery school, hotel university, product training.C&B & Organizational: expatriate management, job grading compensation systems based, and senior management compensation - LTIs, rolling bonus, stock options.As an outcome of the work done:In 2017 Business of Fashion (BoF) magazine awarded Loewe as best place to work within the fashion industry.In 2016 awarded by the Spanish Psychology Association on recognition of my professional career as HR.In 2015 the Spanish newspaper Expansion recognized HR Loewe as the most innovative project.
