Responsible for leading all programs implemented by UNICEF Mexico and the lead representative for UNICEF for government relations and negotiation, media outreach, and international and national donors.

Managed, supervised and implemented all UNICEF programs in the provinces of Papua and West Papua through provincial and district government counterparts, private sector, and International Non-Governmental Organizations.

Provided overall program management for all Mercy Corps’ programs in Afghanistan with a total of 13 grants worth $20 million.

Managed all program activities, human resources, finances, management of the European Community-funded Area-Based Development Program, Afghanistan Rural Recovery Program operating in six provinces in Afghanistan, Kandahar, Helmand, Kunduz, Taloqan and Baghlan and with a budget of $8 million.

Led the overall program implementation of an Area Based Development Program related to community participation, good governance, crisis prevention and economic recovery, within the time-frame set by current donor contributions from the World Bank, European Union, Swedish International Development Agency and the Luxembourg Government.

Headed a Capacity Building program for Municipal planners and Assembly Members in participatory planning, best practices in local governance, strategic development planning, ethics and probity.

Managed a multi-donor program of US$ 5 million including covering immediate needs and long term development of communities in the North-West of Kosovo.

Managed refugee assistance program for 5,000 refugees during the Balkan war.
