I am currently working in a therapy and behavior company working as director of Human Resources, managing personnel, hirings, and several improvement projects, among other daily activities. Through working in this field I have learned to be flexible and dynamic in my day-to-day since the variety of functions requires me to be able to work on several different projects and duties at the same time.I work with standard programs like Excel to measure the progress of the operations, analyze data to predict results, or understand the behavior of a population. On the other hand, I’ve also been working on the development of the company's own CRM system, from the Human Resources perspective.As a Cuban, that worked first in Spain, and later in the United States, I have learned the complexities of navigating diverse cultural backgrounds and incorporating that knowledge into my work. I have experience working in multicultural company work systems, accentuated by my bilingual fluency and understanding of multilingual and cross-cultural communication.
