Develop and manage the Profitability of all Procurements and Imports ( Fruits and Vegetables) processes and provide required market information to all Management levels. Improve and assist in managing all sales and marketing process. • Provide fully allocated reports of actual and budget figures, to the business and support units on a monthly basis.• Implement changes or adjustments to improve accuracy of the profitability measurement. Analyze profitability results as well as monthly variances.• Produce and deliver detailed as well as summarized fully allocated income statement and balance sheet reports at The different tier levels (segment, unit, and cost center).• Present business unit’s profitability results on a weekly basis and to other areas as requested.• Work with the General Manager to establish quantitative and non-quantitative factors. Assist in the preparation of Action plans and schedule of activities. Ensure that non-quantitative factors as well as subjective categories are Applicable to the officer’s position, review weight percentages and formulas for all categories.• Evaluate and develop new business for the company, improve new market opportunities as well as improve and obtain new technologies for the business in other to keep the market requirements.
