-Migration of the customer machine to Windows 7, will meet with each customer to ensure customer fully completes their 1st day checklist and record any problems or issues for each customer and troubleshoot issues for resolution with an escalation matrix for how types of issues should be resolved.-Perform hard drive wipes as time permits of customers old PC for PCs that require hardware replacement and inventory of old PCs for removal-Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.

-Setting up Student’s Mobile and portable devices to access the schools network and mail-Troubleshoot Smart Podium, projectors, and software issues -Preparing lectures for Professors and setting up projectors for faculty meetings-Pc Maintenance for student’s laptops – Antivirus scan, system cleanup, OS reinstallation-Desktop Management (Imaging, application provisioning, and Group Policy)(Temp position)
