Built up and led a level 3 production support team at MVD for Bank of America, taking care of high severity issues. Worked on an onsite/nearshore/offshore model (Jacksonville,FL@USA, Montevideo@Uruguay & Bangalore/Chennai@India)

Started as senior developer for the project Abitab Familia (loyalty program) and ended up leading that project (JEE, JBoss, Struts, persistence framework, IBM DB2). Also participated in the development team for the credit card payment's project and developing Flash+Java applications for ATMs.

Worked on several technologies, but mostly focused on JEE development (EJB, JSP, Servlet, Struts) and server administration (JBoss, Tomcat, Apache Web Server, PostgreSQL).
