Define and deploy the Data Strategy for the Andean Cluster based on three pillars: Technology, Data Governance, and Culture (Colombia, Venezuela, Peru, and Ecuador). Lead the development and deployment of a Churn model with Python to reduce the attrition rate and the High Value Propensity model to segment the marketing strategy and optimize revenue. Additionally, oversee the Big Data Project tasked with migrating the current Data Warehouse (DWH) to Snowflake, and establish a PowerBI Portal featuring a dashboard that comprehensively maps the entire customer journey.

Responsible for defining and implementing the Analytics Strategy for Customer Experience, based on a Data-driven approach and the application of Data Mining. I deployed a contactability system that significantly improved engagement with customers, applying strategies of Best Time to Call and Best Phone to Call. I also developed a root cause analysis system to enhance the technical support and billing processes, contributing to greater operational efficiency. Moreover, I led the development of churn prediction models, strengthening customer retention and satisfaction.

I led the design and implementation of the Campaign Manager system at SAS Marketing Automation, covering key areas such as Collection, Loyalty, Winback, Cross-Selling and Detractor Management. I was in charge of the implementation of Machine Learning models in SAS to predict the propensity to Churn both involuntarily and voluntarily, as well as upgrades and the selection of the Next Best Offer. In addition, I developed a system for the statistical projection of operational KPIs, significantly improving logistics and operational planning.
