I'm responsible to work directly with our internal project team to develop, and launch new programs in the plant with different customers like Stellantis, Nissan, Subaru, Ford and Honda.Also, As part of my responsibilities I need to review the Logistic concept for the procurement, and supply chain for the materials with the different suppliers awarded for the new programs. Detect area of opportunities to improve the process, and keep a good traceability of the progress during the set up phase. Develop the PFEP( Plan For Every Part) of each program.Internally I have to work with a multifunctional teams to develop projects of optimization for the current series projects after the SOP.Management of the ECN ensuring that won’t be any obsolescence due that.As Logistic Controller; I'm responsible to audit and review the performance of the different areas involved with Logistics. Keep traceability of the budget performance for the plant, and in case of any deviation perform an analysis of root cause to determine the reason of the deviation, prepare a corrective plan, and report the progress of the open topics.Prepare our annual budget required for the transportation of the materials from our suppliers to our facilities, considering truck utilization, customs fees and Minimum Order Quantities.I’m part of the RFQ process to awarded new business for our supply chain, making sure that it will be beneficial for both parties creating a relationship of mutual collaboration.

I’m responsable for the planning of the budget for the department and the performance of this.Creation of the logistic concept between the supplier and us in order to get the best strategy for the movement of the materials from the different regions.Coordinator of the cycle counts performed in the plant, achieving 2 years in a row with an accuracy of 99.8% over an inventory of 10 USD Mo.With it we’ve achieved don’t expedite material or any shortages with suppliers/ customers during the last 2 years.Leader on the saving program coming from logistic achieving 1.8 Eur Mo on the last 2 years.

( JIT process) and Cuernavaca, Mor.
