The T-rrp is used in civil engineering, especially on land and roads, to improve mineral soil, which is usually not suitable for construction purposes because of its sensitivity to water and frost. These mineral soils need not be removed and replaced, but treated with the liquid ion exchanger T-rrp:After applying T-rrp to the road, in these soils, the easy chemical processes cause reduction of the binding forces of the water of the soil particles and therefore improve the quality so significantly that, after the final comparison, these soils may not only function as a subgrade with a high load capacity, but on the road building as light bottom base or even as final road surface that can be driven.These treated soils need not be replaced by classified materials, such as gravel-sand or broken rock grains. Therefore excavation, transport and disposal of the replaced soil and the demand, transportation to the site and installation of new, different material of the base course becomes unnecessary.This means a huge reduction of energy (active climate protection) just because of the economy in the transport of materials. This saves a considerable amount of construction time - and costs.On this soil stabilized in a sustainable way and with great hardness the necessary asphalt layers are laid according to the density of traffic to be supported, also reducing not only the thickness of them, but also the stone-ballast layer that will support them.With all this process, 83% of CO2 and 90% of the stone used in conventional roads constructions is saved, apart from conferring greater hardness and durability to the entire construction.
