Strong focus on developing team members´ skills. Manager of the whole operative process with local customer, global customers and BASF global experts. In that process, timelines, specific materials requirements and customer specific concerns are analyzed to improve de behavior of the material in the customer line. Direct contact with KAMs and Customers to present the best client-specific products, considering internal cost reduction and process efficiency.

Responsible for Productive Labs (Raw Material Lab, Color Lab, Application Center). Leader of a team of 10 people. Strong focus on developing team members´ skills. Daily contact with automotive OEM Customers by working in process optimization and improving the quality in cars. Active participation in BASF regional projects to install global standards in the Labs, focusing on excellence in execution.

Member of a multicultural team working with people from India, China, the US, the EU. Development of team duties in this region seeking to optimize the projects that our most important customers (PSA, VW, GM, Renault, among others) implemented in Brazil and Argentina. The most relevant are new paint line installations and robot application changes

Leader of a team of 4 people. In charge of application simulation center of automotive coatings. Responsible for actively managing process improvements in BASF Customers, and for leading technical negotiations with KAMs and Customers.

Process Engineer and shift responsible of BASF team in General Motors. Daily technical support to customer production line to improve process and application conditions. Active participation in production process and final product analysis to detect deviation and propose improvements to the customer. Engagement in statistic control process. Quality and Safety documentation management to satisfy stringent standards. Participation in the global team in charge of paint line application technology change in 2009.
