This includes forecast generation, vendor´s communications and results tracking via S&OP scorecard.-Implement and lead inventory strategies reducing by 30 % capital investment in 5 months through the implementation of statistical calculations for Min´s and Max´s, inventory stratification (Paretos), reverse logistics implementation, promotions, etc.-Establish and leading actions to reduce Customer´s & Suppliers backorder, through expediting, parameter settings, reports implementation and KPI´s implemented by Planer-Buyer, achieving a 95% of DSL so far.-To lead the International Trade area of the company, making sure all international trades are applied, legal advice in foreign trade, certificates of origin for Impo & Expo, managing Customer brokers agencies for Sea, land & air shipments, Inbound transport coordination, KPI´s implementation & tracking, provide all support to our maquiladora plant in Ciudad Juarez.To lead the DC operations including receiving, put away, pick, pack and ship, serving Customers nationwide and exports to Central America Countries. The “new distribution network project” in implementation phase now, reducing 23% the distribution cost while also reducing delivery time to our customers in 33%.

-Head of Logistics at regional level (Mexico and Central America), CDMX and San Jose Costa DC´s Management, Continuous Improvement, Inventory Management, Planning, Production Control, Import and Export, Assembly, Distribution and Transport, managing an operation of $ 204 million usd annual turnover, "headcount" of 104 people and serving more than 500 customers in Mexico and Central America.DC´s Operations Management (receiving, put away, assortment, assembly, packaging, billing and shipping, with more than 20,000 m2, +6.000 lines received +20,000 lines picked and shipped monthly, achieving a productivity of 23 lines / man, 800 PPM's in picking and <200 DPM's to final customers.-To ensure a great place to work, with a lot of emphasis on the prevention of occupational accidents, through risk analysis, training, ergonomics and wellness programs for employees, achieving more than 3 years without accidents and thereby obtaining a worldwide award.-Implement policies, procedures and instructions to be observed in all operations through the implementation of SPS, quality, safety and environmental Systems (ISO900, ISO14000 and OSHAS), achieving recertification of all through audits applied by UL.-Establish and manage Inventory strategies performing statistical calculations and special event management to determine reorder points, achieving a turnover of 10.3 , equivalent to 28 days of inventory.-To lead replenishment area through the purchase orders generation and expediting (placed through EDI) with branch plants located mainly in North America, Europe, Asia and South America. ISRR achieved 93%. To lead international trade area of the company, working in coordination with international transport carriers and customs agents in Laredo, Manzanillo, Veracruz, Hidalgo and AICM, with a total volume higher than 100 Musd equivalent to more than 6,000 operations (pedimentos) annually.
