Independently facilitate the (full cycle) recruiting process providing technical and logistical support to a team of recruiters across the US Trust enterprise. ➢ Partner and work with hiring managers & recruiting partners to determine talent needs, finalize requisition details, process offers. ➢ Serve as a subject matter expert in Compliance, Workday, and the Core Talent Acquisition Process. ➢ Utilize internal ATS (Workday) to generate & process offer letters, create job requisitions, very data integrity of all hires in various stages under general direction from Recruiter. ➢ I-9 federal form processing/scheduling/monitoring, review applicant paperwork and maintain daily log of critical compliance monitoring using Background Screening Investigations Engine. ➢ Calendar management across multiple time zones, scheduling interviews and coordinate logistical requirements including video-conferencing (Telepresence)/travel for many positions including high level executive roles.

As an Internal Mobility Specialist I play a key role in providing efficient, accurate and timely staffing support to both hiring managers and associates. Independently facilitate the recruiting process by providing technical and logistical support to the hiring managers across multiple lines of business. Additionally, coordinate the end to end hiring process within Workday/Taleo and guide decisions and actions made and/or taken by the hiring managers. Also responsible for assisting hiring managers with the execution of Staffing Core processes to ensure hiring practices are within guidelines.
