Refactored the Customer Ubbit dashboard with Aircall job API integration following SOLID principles. The integration, which processes daily calls from 8am to 8pm, presented challenges when grouping total calls by number due to direct API reads. To enhance scalability, I proposed transitioning to a table-based system, and implemented a job to reprocess data and trigger email notifications for failed services.Additionally, I developed a global filter that reacts dynamically across the entire dashboard and optimized API integration by executing parallel requests, significantly reducing processing times. I also rebuilt a new sales management portal from scratch, allowing users to assign campaigns based on user roles. My work earned commendations for outstanding performance.
