As a highly qualified and motivated person, I have more than twenty years of experience at both public and private field, in Spain and other countries. This experience has enabled me to develop the field of Real Estate Investments and divestments, being an expert on it. Most recently, acting in management and direction of investments in large-scale projects in the field of Development Logistics, management and optimizing of environmental heritage while integrating environmental economic value in them. Being an open minded, flexible and diplomatic person, but also with great decisiveness and determination has allow me to develop an extensive experience in leadership and motivation of multidisciplinary teams of various and diverse professional fields. Having the ability to work, I also have perseverance in situations of extreme pressure. In fact, my experience has provided me a great expertise in crisis management situations, due to the excellent knowledge I have about the operation of public administration at various levels; both from the political field to the purely administrative field.
