My job is leading the digital transformation process in the company, using technology to fulfil needs and provide a foundation that enables a solid growth. Curiosity and attention to new technologies are two of the tools that help me reach these goals.Leading the project to design, develop and implement a new ERP allowed me to acquire experience and skills such as communication, persuasion and change management. Obviously, it also taught me how to analyse and learn all the business processes.I am used to working in international environments and projects. Dealing with multidisciplinary teams is especially gratifying.In personal life, my hobbies are anything related to aviation (simulation and radio-control above all), DIY projects with Arduino combining programming and electronics and, last but not least, playing the piano.
