I have extensive experience representing clients on both the buy-side and sell-side in the U.S., Europe, and Latin America, with a focus on industries like healthcare, technology, finance, real estate, and manufacturing.In addition to corporate transactions, I also provide strategic guidance on IPOs, securities law, and regulatory compliance, helping clients navigate complex legal frameworks across multiple jurisdictions. I hold three law degrees from institutions in the U.S. and Nicaragua, and I’m fluent in both English and Spanish. Prior to joining Greenberg Traurig, I led the legal department of a major land development company in Nicaragua.
