Solid background and experience with more than 20 years in managerial positions within the Finance Organizations of large multinationals. Currently, I work as Independent Finance Advisor in EAFN 50, Co. registered in the Spanish Securities Exchange Commission (CNMV) with nº 50 as well as Corporate CFO of PULSAR TECHNOLOGIES, a software development company focused on pay-per-use appliances. My previous last position was Finance VP and CFO Europe in SCHINDLER (around CHF 5 billions Revenue in EU). I also held several positions before as Country Finance Manager as well as member of the Board of Directors in Spain for affiliated Co’s of Multi-nationals from the Pharmaceutical and Consumer Sectors.The evaluation of the effectiveness of the strategy of the company, in its design and its implementation, is an important part of my professional skills.
