Also building Boolean searches for profile searching through LinkedIn Recruiter was a fundamental element for searching the best candidates. During the candidate acquisition process, constant communication with your team, clients, and candidates was of utmost importance so that the criteria were always synchronized in order to offer profiles that are best suited to each client.

I carried out a mapping of communication and trust networks within the company using Network Science tools and Gephi software. Additionally, I conducted an analysis and development of the organizational culture around the concept of a "Culture of Peace".Franca's leadership was able to understand the importance of the information provided by the maps of informal communication, trust, and cooperation networks, and how this information could be crucial to the company's success. These networks often have a significant impact on the way work gets done, and can even influence employee satisfaction and retention.By mapping and analyzing these networks using Network Science tools, the managerial team gain insights into how information flows through their organization, who the key influencers were, and where potential bottlenecks or communication breakdowns may exist. Armed with this information, they made more informed decisions about how to structure teams and workflows, and how to facilitate more effective collaboration and communication across the organization.Additionally, the concept of a "Culture of Peace" was an important driver of employee engagement and organizational success.
