Current•Performs and Programming software Applications and ensure successful implementation for Devices.•Responsibilities consist of responding to service requests at customer locations and through remotesupport sessions that involve network integrations of multi-function printer products. •Troubleshooting and resolving problems with Print Management Systems; ie: PaperCut, Kofax systems, network connectivity, office & Fiery driven printing, network & email scanning. Duties also include setting up and installing Hardware equipment upon arrival to the customer's location, installing and configuring print drivers, setting up MFP network features, providing limited training to end-users and configuring devices to their network.•Support Print Management Software, installing/configuring Print Management Systems & multifunction printing devices. •Troubleshooting and resolving network enterprise printing, MP network-connected feature problems. •Remote and onsite configuration solutions. •Pre-configure MFD devices for deployment. Configure and install new MFD's at client sites, network and configure for printing, scanning, faxing, and software solutions.
