I led a team of people focused on the data input, guiding thru the best practices, helping on improving the process and keeping the data consistancy.Also had to deal with the clients requirements negotiating the best way to put the process on road and keeping an eye on the project evolution.

As a Functional Analyst I have contributed on the development on software tools, doing the corresponding research with the final users and power managers of the project, managing deadlines, tool demonstrations, data collecting, etc.Also was in charge of the validation of the implemented solution against the functional specifications and as inspector to.

As a business analyst I have contributed in the improvement of the data input process to the Disney Cruise Line systems, thru the requirements analysis and the research in the core of the process. The information gathered helped the development team to design tools good enough to make the process easier and faster.
