HRLocker is a Web platform intended to act as the HR Management System for companies, as well as managing the hiring process through its product Hire.Starting as a Senior Software Developer, soon I would become the Development Manager in a team of up to 7 developers. My main role is to manage the Development department and help with the adoption of the SCRUM methodology within the TECH team, where I am acting as the Scrum Master.In HRLocker we are leveraging Azure DevOps, mainly to manage our SCRUM Sprints and our code, including the release process. All our resources are in the Azure Cloud.Our main product consists of an ASP.NET MVC application, using Entity Framework Core to manage the Data Model, interacting against our databases; these are mainly SQL Server and Cosmos DB. Also, leveraging WSO2 Identity Server to allow SSO.Currently we are refactoring our product using a Microservices approach, using .NET Core together with Entity Framework Core and improving the Code Coverage with Unit Testing.The frontend is being refactored using single-spa and ReactJs with Hooks.Additionally, I have been involved in the process of accomplishing with the ISO 9011 and 27001.

CSS is a global RegTech platform delivering a set of comprehensive and complementary technology-enabled regulatory solutions that serve compliance professionals across the financial services industry.In this company I was working on the Data Management solution, in charge of importing data in different formats onto a centralized SQL Server database. In a team of 7 developers, I was involved in all the phases developing medium to large projects generally improving the performance and adding capabilities to the product.This solution consists of 2 parts:1. The ETL, automating the importation of huge amounts of data from many sources and formats to a SQL Server 2017 database. It contains Windows Services written in C# for the ETL, and uses frameworks/libraries like NHibernate, Log4Net, FlexCel, Polly, Hangfire, etc.2. The Consumer, composed of a front-end Web Application in ReactJs. The back-end consists of a WebApi ASP.NET MVC providing with the required data from the DB.The common language is C# and ReactJs, although we worked a lot with DB scripts (SQL), and NUnit for unit-testing.
