Plan & schedule medical check-ups & student pass formalities for international students.• Effectively communicate across a diverse range of people (eg ICA, medical clinics, and other vendors) to ensure the international students have a seamless experience from reporting till they obtain the student pass.• Lead and supervise complex, high-volume travel scheduling/booking, coordinating with transportation vendors, to provide world class service and experience for new international students.• Compile and analyze the students' satisfaction of orientation, pre-arrival services, and accommodations based on the feedback collected from the students and various stakeholders and create a report every trimester on ways to improve students' experiences.• Continuously source and evaluate the performance of the accommodation and transportation vendors.• Review Tender documents and generate monthly bill payments to external stakeholders.• Build good communication channels and long-term relationships with accommodation partners.
