Going through timing, budget and cost control, design, knowledge of the different regulations, selection of Architects, contractors and vendors. And following up the construction site.During this period I have been the Project Manager for the store in London at 39 Old Bond St. and for the enlargement of the store at via Monte Napoleone in Milano.
