With 16+ years of work experience in various technical fields, I am a versatile and adaptable worker who can handle any challenge. Roles ranging from aviation maintenance and hazardous waste management to information technology and e-waste management have strengthened this work trait. Now, my mission is to provide reliable, efficient, and customer-focused IT solutions that meet the needs of Midmark, a leading provider of medical, dental, and animal health products. Although I have a strong background in aircraft maintenance, the Marine Corps gave me a unique perspective and skill set that I can apply to not only IT support but information security as well. I am passionate about learning new technologies, solving problems, and collaborating with diverse teams in order to meet the needs of end users.As an IT support technician at Midmark since January 2022, I have been responsible for troubleshooting, installing, and maintaining hardware and software systems for various departments and locations. I have also been involved in training and assisting end-users, documenting IT procedures and policies, and ensuring compliance with security and quality standards. Some of the skills that I have used and developed in this role are communication, teamwork and customer service skills.
