Responsible of sales and business development for Mexico Region, reporting to Corporate Vice-president of Sales (Michigan, USA).Management of progress of the sales stages (sales cycle in Salesforce) with Account Managers in US and MX, with focus on close win new business opportunities, and development of strategic business relations with new customers and prospect customers (metal stampings and assemblies).Responsible to coordinate the quote process and strategies for new projects, engineering changes, prototypes, or customer special requirements.Negotiation of price adjustments due to material fluctuation, LTAs, or special negotiations.Lead new business wins, kickoff meetings, with cross-functional teams, and coordinate technical/engineering reviews with customers.Responsible to keep high customer satisfaction, and support on quality, delivery, or commercial issues.

Responsible for sales and business development in Mexico (2 production plants), including programs in production at SHILOH USA with final use in OEMs and Tier1s in Mexico, reporting to Corporate Executive Director of Sales (Michigan, USA).Active participation in financial analysis of current business and new opportunities.Development of strategic business relations, and of solutions in engineered metal stampings, laser welded blanks, and strategies for future growth on aluminum and magnesium die casting & machining in Mexico.Responsible to coordinate the quote process, and presentation of final quotes for new projects, engineering changes, pre-series, or special services.Coordinate Sales Administration activities for both plants in Mexico, and activities for some common clients in two plants located in Michigan USA.Responsible for price adjustments due to material price fluctuation, LTAs, or special negotiations.Financial analysis on current and new business, to develop commercial strategies for efficiency and margin improvements.Support to accounting on resolution of payments issues.Responsible of effective customer service, and support on quality or delivery issues.Coordinate VA/VE projects.

Responsible of Commercial Department in Mexico, reporting to Corporate Sales Director (Michigan, USA). Responsible to maintain effective communication with customers, and for market analysis to identify potential business opportunities.Development of business strategies with key suppliers to optimize costs and competitiveness for new quotes and existing business.Coordinate customer visits and company presentations with potential and existing customers, as well as follow up and coordination of the quote process, and feasibility analysis. Participate and contribute proactively on quality management system and continuous improvement.

Participation on strategic commercial planning and market analysis, focused on new business growth and margin improvements, for each business unit.Responsible for strategies to accomplish KPIs for sales administration. Support on recovery of past due and extraordinary payments. Coordinate internal quote process, presentation of quote proposals and negotiations with existing or potential customers (OEM and Tier 1s).
