I developed the Escalation Center in Mexico which included the support of different technologies such as Broadband Technologies (Gepon FTTX, IPDSLAM xDSL, Transport SDH / SS7 / SIGTRAN), VOIP SIP / H323 / MEGACO, NMS, RAS, AAA Servers and 3G Wireless / CDMA and Softswitches.

Responsible for leading and supporting all projects in Latin America for mobile networks that were using technology for 3G / CDMA for BellSouth.

Responsible for the post-sales support strategy for all of Latin America as well as being part of the global escalation group of high performance Switches and Routers.
