I have the opportunity to be in charge of technicians, operators and I am responsible for the maintenance equipment for production plants. I have also worked within the OH&S industry standards. Actually, I am the plant production manager in charge of around 80 people in all warehouses in different departments such as carpentry, painting, ornamentation, welding, mechanical operators, lathe workshop, maintenance team, and more. Within these enterprise brands, I successfully took charge of large-scale, business transformational projects and programs, whereby I demonstrated excellence in key business areas, which are required for this new role: Budget Planning, Maintenance & Production Scheduling, Manage daily Operations, Computer Applications proficient skills, Organize and maintain inventory, Read blueprints and drawings, Work under pressure, Ability to supervise people, I’m currently supervising 80 people.My previous experience at Weatherford, Nexans, Invensys as well as Servipetrol, have given me a high-quality edge as Mechatronic Engineer, as I am someone who is best appreciated by customers for being more than just customer service focused, but also a technical expert in that I can answer questions there and make the most of limited opportunities to engage new business’ and, produce results working under pressure.
