I am responsible for Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and the US.

UNIALIMENT is the export department of 4 food companies: - Spanish Cheese SL- Antonio Sotos SL- FRIDUL SA- Chocolates & Nuts SLI handle the export activities of these companies for UK, Nordic countries, The Netherlands, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand amongst others.

In charge of developing new markets and tailor made solutions for our customers, marketing and promotion activities, etc. I have opened up to new markets (United Kingdom, Ireland, Russia, Ukraine, Baltic Countries, Netherlands, Australia, Central America, Uruguay, Turkey and South Africa) increasing the turnover of the export department over 15%. Very deep knowledge of our factories products (cheese, saffron & chocolate), first-hand experience in logistics, customs clearance, factory audits against some of the most demanding retailers including BRC accreditation.
