From 2022 to the present, I have led database projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. I have overseen project schedules, resource allocation and risk management while fostering a collaborative team environment. I have applied quality control standards to deliver reliable, secure and high quality database products. I have also worked closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration throughout the delivery cycle and have continuously identified areas for improvement to optimise efficiency and quality.

Supervision and coordination of the activities developed in the Test Means department (TOFEO). Manage CATS Support Team activities, Review of tasks, Customer reporting, Internal reporting, Project coordination and Personnel Management.

Responsible for several projects related to Test System used in Airbus Defence and Space Aircrafts, in Test and Industrial Means department (TOFEO). *Ability to manage projects from initiation to closure including the transition from one project phase to the next.*Communicative and negotiating skills.

- Member of the Sopra Steria and Carbures D&S consortium for the project to renew the current Test System used by Airbus Civil. - In-depth analysis of the obsolete Test System in order to generate a document of understanding to identify customer needs and to specify product key characteristics- Mock-up with main features and customer demonstration.*Displaced two months to Toulouse to attend workshops and periodic meetings (in English).

- Coordination and monitoring of tasks related to the maintenance of software and hardware test means used in the functional tests of the A400M program.*Deal with the production department (A400M) attending to daily meetings to minimize the impact on the Aircraft. *Use of Lean improvement methodologies and Lean Manufacturing principles.*Knowledges in Hydraulyc, Pneumatic and Electric Systems.

- Development of the Test System used in Airbus Defence and Space for A400M, C295 and MRTT programs, in the specification, implementation, monitoring, integration and validation phases as member of T&iM department (TOFEO).- Support to the different areas that use the Test System (engineering, quality, production, production control, MRO, FTC ...) for the A400M, M&L (Indonesia and Seville) and MRTT (Iberia’s facilities and Getafe) programs.*Team manager leading the planning and review of tasks.*Training for CATS users. Imparting of skill classrooms on improvements implemented in CATS.*Investigation of new methodologies that could help in the design and development of the CATS project.

Maintenance of the development databases of the all projects in progress, performing tasks such as execution of preventive and predictive tasks to ensure the availability and performance of the systems or design of contingency plans.
