Javier specializes in residential real estate and investment property sales in Contra Costa and Alameda counties - specifically San Ramon, Danville, Alamo, Pleasanton, Dublin, Castro Valley, Hayward, Pittsburg, Oakland and has even helped clients relocate to the Greater Sacramento Region and the Central Valley.Having lived in San Ramon, Concord, Lafayette and then settling back in San Ramon so his children could attend top-rated schools, Javier is extremely knowledgeable about the local real estate community and enjoys helping others find their perfect home in the area.Prior to obtaining his real estate license in 2012, Javier was the Supervising Manager for Cintas where he lead company operations of 40 staff members.
