Advise and support the grow of many international companies that has an establish relationship in the Mexican market.Principal Accountabilities• Advising ans supporting a marketing strategy to help Estafeta grows in MLM.• Assisting to develop customer service functions, physical distribution warehousing, production, and traffic strategies.•Evaluate sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication• Evaluate and suggest a better respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation• Suggest and administers logistics system policies and develops long range goals and objectives.• Optimize aligns freight management and transportation with customer requirements to ensure service levels and costs are optimized
