CurrentCreated and maintained Access databases for analyzing, monitoring, and reporting data. Perform office responsibilities which includes maintaining filing system, receiving and sending mail, and records management procedures. Keep track of received data and source documents. Prepares and sorts source documents, and identified and interprets data to be entered. Responsible for editing, processing orders and distribution of raw source documents. Confirms accuracy of data such as dates, types of vehicles, work order number, part number, unit of issue, quantity, and price. Assists in establishing and maintaining and effective and efficient records management system. Generates reports and responds to inquiries regarding entered data as requested. Consults with supervisor in providing needed information for keying process. Adheres to strict batch processing schedule to meet deadlines. Receives all parts in the SAMS system and send generated reports higher. Travel to different vendors to retrieve parts and accessories. Conduct monthly and annual inventory with a 100% accountability. Turn-in all recyclable products to it's proper recycling point on military installation. Turn-in all unserviceable class IX parts and tires to DRMO for proper disposal. Certified in MS Word & Power-point. Work with MS Access, Excel, and Outlook on a daily bases. Work n a multi-screen computer environment. Schedule appointments between supervisor and vendors. Receive and direct telephone calls throughout the company. Create and run reports on a daily basis. Performs work involving the collection, compilation, and tracking of data statistical information for various equipment aligned to the company. Type 65 wpm. Perform other job duties as assigned.
