Since 2017 I have developed a consultancy portfolio that has allowed me to collaborate with major brands both in product and market development in the continental American market and beyond.As EVP Global Product Director of Men's Shoes and Leather Goods for Salvatore Ferragamo, I lead and drove the men's categories to the top of the company's revenue producers. Today the mens's shoes and men's leather accessories are still the key revenue and profit growth drivers for the brand. My experience covers from product design, development, manufacturing and marketing to merchandising and distribution. My involvement has been global, not only in terms of resourcing but also in terms of a global distribution in all major markets from Asia to the US, Latin America and Europe. A global network of contacts is more important today as traditional markets shift and contract.
