Javier is a Manager in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice. He has worked on several large-scale HR transformations including a range of work in HR Operating model and HR shared services design, end-to-end process design, and HR systems testing. Javier is also passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion. He is involved in internal DEI efforts at Deloitte and works closely with his clients to find ways to incorporate DE&I opportunities and considerations across their HR processes.Through his client experiences along with his strong leadership and interpersonal skills, Javier offers a diverse set of strengths that he brings to all of his engagements.
