In my current role, I lead a talented team of five developers, including two front-end and three back-end engineers, dedicated to enhancing the quality of the customer experience across our web and mobile platforms. Since joining Santévét, I have been instrumental in driving the adoption of Agile and Scrum methodologies, as well as spearheading the technological evolution from a legacy codebase. Initially developed in Symfony 1 in 2001, our software has now transitioned to a modern architecture utilizing AWS microservices. This transformation has enabled me to delve into lower-level programming, where the focus is on self-sufficiency and hands-on problem-solving. My role has primarily involved deciphering and restructuring 'spaghetti code' into well-organized, reliable microservices, predominantly using Python.
