• Manage and complete studio client check-ins, class registrations, and service needs• Assist with new hire onboarding, training, and coaching• Maintain studio procedure knowledge (opening, operating, and closing) for three studio locations: Fenway, Harvard Square, and Seaport COVID Off-Site Location

● Create and implement full-staff scheduling, shift responsibilities, and inventory tracking● Hire and train front and back-of-the-house staff, including servers, hosts, bartenders, and managers● Address customer concerns, ensure federal and state law compliance, and provide detailed operations reports● Demonstrate cultural and linguistic competencies to manage bilingual staff

● Coordinate international travel programs for youth groups across the country● Develop relationships with leaders and consult them on the best practices to develop their trip ideas● Operate within and oversee a geographic territory in the United States
