About Javier Agea
I’ve been in software development quite a while, mostly in games industry playing several roles: QA, Content Acquisition, Project Management and, for the last fifteen years, Scrum Master/Agile Coach/RTE. My past companies include Wildbit Studios, Zed Worldwide/ PlayerX, Gaelco Móviles and Dinamic Multimedia. Being a certified Scrum Master with over 15 years of experience, I’m a passionate supporter of agile methodologies, and I participated actively in the agile transformation in the companies I’ve joined over time.My love of new technologies and the opportunity to pioneer digital distribution industry segment also led me to join mgMedia (now out of business), leading the development of an on-demand Movie distribution service for Fastweb, one of Italy’s leading ISP.I currently work at Sngular, an information technology company delivering the digital transformation its customers need to succeed, which fully embraces agilism, both in development and from the business point of view.
