After finalizing a master’s degree in IT law in ICADE by 2001, I've devoted my time and energy to the study and application of law to the field of data protection, both in private and public sectors. Therefore, I've developed my activity as an IT consultant and auditor besides acting as a lawyer within court during the past 17 years.I've published several papers and books in prestige editorial seals such as Thomson Reuters while attending to many seminars and conferences. In there, I lectured as a keynote for different public and private universities connected to different activity sectors.My deep interest in scientific approaches and studies leaded me to initiate a PhD program at the University of Valladolid where the central and main topic, my concern in fact, is the right to privacy and oblivion.I am a member of the Board of Directors of the Spanish Privacy Association (APEP) since June 2023.
