Implementation of ImpairmentStudio for allowance calculation following accounting standards (CECL) on Mid/Large Banks:- Identifying data requirements for Bank´s portfolios (CRE, C&I, Leases, Securities…), review and selection of the loss estimation method (PD / LGD, DCF, etc.), the integration with Moody’s Analytics models (CMM, SAV, MPA, etc.) and preparation of data templates in the correct format.- Data validation and configuration of the process in UI: methodology, scenarios, mean reversion, template for results, software configuration, etc.- Testing results through different configurations and generation of reports following client´s requirements. Analysis of final lifetime allowance, at instrument and portfolio level, comparing projections for different scenarios, and attribution analysis. Knowledge transfer and training.

Active participation in all phases of the Data Governance Model definition for the Big Data projects in one of the most relevant entities by market capitalization in Europe in order to ensure quality and availability data.- Responsible of Data Governance Model for Big Data technology environments- Local transposition of policies and procedures for implementation of a Data Governance framework- Definition of the Data Quality Model: KPIs , Dashboard for the Senior Management Committees and Reporting- Market benchmark for technology solutions for Data Governance: Collibra , InfoSphere GC, Informatica, etc.- New regulations incorporation into the CDO scope, such as: GDPR, MIFID II & PSD II

Implementation of the Risk Data Aggregation (RDA), based on Basel principles. Among the main responsibilities are the coordination the risk data dictionary, the reference model for compliance assessment with Risk Data Aggregation (RDA) and Risk Reporting Framework (RRF) principles, governance of RDA project taking into consideration regulatory and risk aspects, and employing data analysis and reporting tool.
