Reporting Directly to the Director of Control of Telefonica Digital, my role is to lead the reporting process for the company as well as the budget and Strategic Plan process.Using SAP BPC as a tool in order to report several countries and all Digital products of the company such as M2M, Cloud, Advertising,Video, ehealth... I was a member of that team.2.- Following O2 Purchase of Broadband company BE, in summer of 2006, O2 CFO Ronnan Dune (at that time, now he is CEO of O2) asked for a benchmark with Telefonica of Spain as it had wide experience on how the cost of a broadband customer would behave.
