Deployment of new aplications and servers and mainenance. - Knowledge in Exchange 2013/2016. Office 365 - Knowledge in Lync 2013 and Skype for Business - Knowledge in Microsoft Cloud solutions - Knowledge in Microsoft SQL (2012-2016). Maintenance of existing DBs, clusters and AlwaysOn availability groups. First level support mostly for employees inside the company and also for external consultants and companies Hempel is collaborating with.The main activities in this post were software and hardware problem solving both on site and remotely. Wide area kind of incidents which made essential good prioritizing skills and knowledge of infrastructure to scalate to proper team if necessary.

During my time as NOC engineer I was in charge of monitoring, first-time fix and other operationa duties carried out by a mobile virtual network operator.These duties included network and system administration on both windows and unix platforms.
