Assist and advise the business on employee relation issues, ensuring procedures are properly followed. • Ensure that all pertinent payroll information is submitted and communicated to Payroll Department on a timely manner. • Conduct audits to ensure that employee files have all necessary documents for local compliance purposes and maintain employee files with all updated employee data. Manage Labor Authorities inspections and external audits. • Administer and implement benefit plans. • Deal with termination cases. • Provide advice to business on a Labor Relation cases covering all aspects of the employment relationship, such as collective bargaining, disciplinary, complaints, performance, absence, flexible working, redundancy, contractual changes, etc. • Be accountable for the design and deployment of guidelines to help People Partners and managers on country requirements for disciplinary procedural requirements ensuring alignment between local legal requirements and company policies (i.e. disciplinary procedures, harassment investigations etc.).
