Current• Resolution of incidents across various areas of the ArcGIS platform through Salesforce (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise), while meeting established KPIs, ensuring efficient troubleshooting, and effective problem-solving• Specialized in addressing issues related to various components of ArcGIS Enterprise, such as Portal for ArcGIS, ArcGIS Server, ArcGIS Data Store, and ArcGIS Web Adaptor, ensuring optimal service performance, platform security, and seamless integration with corporate databases• Communication with Esri USA to address critical incidents or report bugs
